These terms describe the general rules for using the Tlwlmall online marketplace. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate information needed to process your request. Separate terms shown by a payment provider, carrier or merchant may also apply to their services.

Marketplace and merchants

Tlwlmall provides an online platform where participating merchants list products. Unless a product page says otherwise, the merchant identified on that page is responsible for the listing, product fulfilment, shipping arrangements, and item-related after-sales service. We may help route questions but do not replace the merchant's responsibilities.

Product information, orders and prices

Merchants provide product descriptions, images, options and availability. We work to present information clearly, but a listing may contain an error or become outdated. An order request is subject to availability, payment authorization and confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error is found, we or the merchant may contact you to explain the available options, including cancellation and any applicable refund.

Prices, taxes, delivery charges, discounts and the order total are shown during checkout where available. The final amount depends on the destination, selected options, applicable charges and payment method. Do not submit an order if the displayed details are not what you intend to purchase.

Payments, delivery and returns

Payments are processed using the methods presented at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and can be affected by merchant handling, carrier operations, customs or local conditions. Return, cancellation and refund requests are handled under the applicable store policy, the product-page terms and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact support with your order number if you need help.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading content, infringe another person's rights, or attempt to access data or systems without authorization. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, merchants or the service.

Content, availability and changes

Store text, design and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Product content remains subject to the rights of its respective owner. The service and listings may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other operational reasons. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here.
